Dental Hygiene Cleaning
Regular dental hygiene appointments are an important part of maintaining a healthy smile.
During your visit, plaque and tartar are gently removed, your teeth are polished, and your overall oral health is assessed. We also provide personalized home-care recommendations to help keep your teeth and gums healthy between visits.
Children who wear braces can benefit greatly from professional cleanings every three months, particularly if they are having difficulty keeping their teeth and braces clean at home.
Your little one’s first visit
It is recommended that children begin visiting a dental professional as early as the appearance of their first tooth. These early visits provide an opportunity for parent and caregiver education, preventive care, and oral-health assessments. They also help children become comfortable and feel safe in a dental setting.
I am happy to welcome your little one for their first visit in a quiet, relaxed, and unhurried environment. If additional care is needed, I can also recommend when it may be appropriate to see a dentist.
Recommended for: Everyone, typically every 3–12 months depending on individual needs.
